Financials
The building trade is notorious in normally insisting on up-front building deposits and progress payments, negatively impacting on your cash flow, and in effect resulting in the contractor being paid in advance for each stage of the project. Our commitment of service excellence is further re-enforced by our payment schedules being arranged in arrears of each agreed-upon stage of construction – you and your cash-flow are therefore fully protected against any breach of contract on our part, resulting in us carrying all the financial risk for each project.
